The Captains Quarters Hotel has two  companion  structures beside it.  There is  the  Sutherland, a beautifully restored Gothic Revival Manor.  Contained in its roomy design is a  series of executive apartments with fireplaces and all the ornate appointments you will find in residences of that era.
